How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You must send back and postmark your return package within 30 days from the purchase date. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.
2. You need to contact our customer service to get the return address, and then return the package to our warehouse address.
Note: You will need to send the return package at your own expense when returning the product
NOTE: Our website supports ordering without an account. If you do not have a registered account when you place an order, please contact us for support.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. We do not accept returned items that we were not made aware of (make sure to create a return on our site), and we will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
Returns Timeline
It takes about 15 days to receive your refund.
1. (1 day)After submitting a refund or exchange request. We will email you our return address.
2. (3-7 days)Waiting for the return package to be shipped to our return address.
3. (7 days) We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.
How to cancel an order
If you apply to cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order, we can cancel the order for you free of charge. If the time exceeds 12 hours but the order has not been shipped, we can refund you 85%. If it has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order for you because the logistics cannot intercept it.
